This spring our grass is in a real strugglefest...actually it is pretty pathetic. We are not sure just what happened but it it is brown, hard, and has spread and is oozing it's way into Mr. Merideth's beautiful yard (yikes). I have asked Josh a few times if we could seed it or something, but we never did anything, until Friday afternoon about 3:45 pm, Josh decides to rent a sod cutter and order 16 yards of top soil! (Let me just say that we had plans Saturday evening and all day Sunday) Now I am not complaining, I did want to fix the problem, it's just that 1. He is is no condition to do such physical labor at this very moment (a different blog) and 2. we just didn't quite have the time this weekend. I think he realized this about 30 mintues into the job. He rented a bobcat this morning and had that dirt spread in a jiffy!! Now we should have grass...sometime soon, I hope! Nat helped him use his "toy for the day". Posted are pics of our new yard and my loves in the bobcat!

It wasn't too costly for an entire new yard! I just hope the grass comes fast otherwise we will have a mud party!
